Sharpening a hollow ground knife

WebbIt looks like they must have re-sharpened it on an electric sharpener, but I'm just guessing by the course grind. I've practiced on my cheap knives so I'm confident enough to try sharpening this knife, but I've only practiced on V grinds that provide a lot of feedback on the angle.
