It uses gcode M600 which is simply ignored by the printer. Use "Pause at height" instead (and mind the comments for "Extrude Amount"). WebI found this reference to post-processing in superslic3r, that may work for you. Until you find the answer, you can manually edit the GCode and add it yourself, just open in a text editor and add the GCode.
