What I understand is that it’s not that it’s dangerous to mix alcohol with Zoloft, but that the alcohol will lessen the beneficial effects on your anxiety. I’m not a doctor, but I’ve been on Zoloft for around 6 weeks and I did start drinking when out with friends again. WebSecondly, yes you can drink but I wouldn't recommend it until at least 2-3 weeks in and you're sure how you feel. Go slow and find out where your tolerance is.
